We collect your name, email, and phone number so that we can contact you in case of an issue or unexpected circumstances. We collect your location, car make, model, and year so that we can provide material for it at the show. We may also collect your IP address for security and tracking. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. At any time, you can request to receive a digital package of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Chat with friends and car enthusiasts in the McMenamins parking lot or get a drink in the hotel!
June 10 - Wine Country Cruise
Cruise the countryside at slow speeds as we visit a couple wineries and cute towns.
June 11 - Car Show
Place your car on the grass for everyone to see. We recommend getting lunch at the hotel or outside restaurant.
